I never build armor pen on him. Isn't necessary with all that % hp damage he does.

I don't think is going to be going anywhere. He has a pretty powerful niche and he really doesn't need the Ghostblade active ability that badly, he can get the stats somewhere else.

And has had multiple periods of being viable at various times despite not building Yomu's at the time.
