Garen feels so lackluster after his nerfs...

He doesn't need the health back, that's something that allows for his higher later game damage. The silence, however, I wouldn't mind seeing returned.

I'm not saying it should, as the main reason it was reduced was, again, because of his higher spin damage. Being able to deal that entire bit of damage within the duration of the silence may have been a bit much and likely would require a few nerfs just for the reversion on his silence.

I wouldn't mind the damage being toned down in order to fit the silence back in, however it's not something I'd ask for.
