The problem with bruisers and juggernauts is that tanks and ranged do their job but better
Why the hell would you play 
when you can play 
and do comparable damage, have more CC, more utility, be tankier, and split push just as well? Why play them when you can just play 
and put out the same damage with basically no danger or sacrifice to yourself?
