more mgae-like characteristics in varus?

Varus can have more depth in his kit to compliment his secondary role and to providing a distinction between other marksman and him.

So I was thinking of the idea of having a built in in his kit.

Example:

Passive: Blight

Varus sacrifices 8/10/12/14/16/18 mana to inflict 10 (+ 0.10/0.125/0.15/0.175/0.20 AD)(+0.02 max mana) magic damage and a stack of blight per auto-attack. Varus's abilities activate these stacks (max: 5 stacks ), dealing 2%/2.5%/3%/3.5%/4% of the targets current Health in magic damage per stack, and refunding the ability's mana cost plus 3%/4%/%5%/6%/7% of his missing mana per stack

basically, allowing him to be more aggressive which is risky for him
