Small tweak for Homeguard Boots: Haste effect should be lost if you Teleport

I don't see people get Distortion Boots at all even if they have Teleport. If they're running TP, they'll just use Homeguard's speed boost and Teleport from the fountain for rapid positioning. Kinda defeats the purpose of Distortion, right?

Maybe to nerf such a strategy and give Distortion a better reason to be picked up, Homeguard's haste effect should be lost if you TP.

Distortion does have a purpose, and it's actually very useful if you're buying that enchant within the laning phase or setting up late game backdoors.

Cutting down on the time it takes for TP to come back up is incredibly useful for quick recalls, buys, and returns to lane. It's just so much more efficient than homeguarding back to the lane.

That being said, TP into Homeguard is AMAZING for returning to an objective or entering a teamfight. You're right that the little buff of speed Distortion adds just isn't enough to make it a better choice late game, but it's all about the utility of making that TP available a little more often.

Different playstyles require different enchants... honestly the only one I'd never use would be Captain. Doesn't seem viable to me at all.

Yes the Homegaurd boots to Teleport is a bit crazy, and I don't think it was intended. "Homegaurd" infers that it is for defending your base, not having Incredible movement speeds across the map. It should certainly lose it's effect if you are not within your Base. Riot needs to fix this hole.
