I recently picked up Rumble so I am wondering how these mage changes will impact him, especially considering that a lot more ap items are receiving cdr which is a stat that is counterproductive to Rumble. I really hope someone from riot comments here to give insight on how this will change him and if they are planning to change anything about his kit to balance him around these item changes.

he's probably going to be tankier just like every other mage will be. god help melee top laners if this brings him back into the meta.
Oakleaf Ranger1 votesI only play him in the jungle and I actually run 5% flat cdr and 5 scaling cdr for my runes which is really nice on him oddly. However I also like building zhonyas and abyssal on him but since those items are getting cdr I feel like the way I play and build him will have to dramatically change since while a little cdr is good on him, I alot of cdr sounds really bad on him cause of his passive.

A passive that's detrimental was bad design when it was released and is worse today.

I've also posted about how the currently active 6.8 patch changes on the PBE will change 's current position and strength on the rift.
