Which offensive/defense items should be prioritized against the following champs?

Against tahm you'll want mr and slows (he fights like a juggernaut, best kited) Against Xerath you need to be able to close with him and dodge his skillshots (movespeed) and mr naturally Against brand mostly just mr Against fiora you can buy QSS to remove her ult. Aside from that theres no real counter item.
