Why does Kalista's Rend cost 40 mana?
While having a reset/refund mechanic and being the best dragon/baron securer in the game?

it's to help her CS more safely if she's behind in lane or in serious danger while trying to do so.
Why do you sheep hate kalista? Shes been nerfed into THE CLUNKIEST ADC in the game. she does NOT feel good to play at all. and litterally the only nerf she ever needed was boot scaling removed.
