I know chests drop skin shards, champion shards, ward skins, summoner icons.

But can they also drop,

Bonus IP? Runes?(1or2) IP boosts?(1or2 win)

When putting in 3 skins to re-roll and random permanent skin, can we get a little value for value?

I mean I put 2 legacy skins and a legendary skin into re-roll and got

Can you possibly make it so that say add in a legacy skin increases the chance of a higher prices skin or a legendary/ legacy etc

Ex.

I put in:

Fanatic Gragas (legacy) Headless hecarim (legacy) Gatekeeper Galio (legendary)

1 legacy should up my chance by 10% to re roll into another legacy and a 5% for legendary

And 1 legendary should up my chance by 10% to re roll another legendary and a 5% chance for ultimate

There is literally no reward for putting in 3 legendary skins and getting a re roll in a 520 rp skin
