Right now his only form of mobility takes 4.5 seconds to channel. Imo that's a bit sad. Twitch has a huge problem with it he gets ganked its game over because it takes 4.5 seconds to activate. I propose lowering this to 2.5 - 3 seconds if taking damage. Duration without taking damage is fine.
If disagree, please explain why.

SaltyKracka1 votesGiven the duration of it and the fact that stealth tends to be a get-out-of-jail-free card once you're in it, I consider 4.5 seconds delay if he's taking damage acceptable.
Hell, it's not like they just buffed it or anything, right?
