Riot? You know this gotta come too, it's just gotta. Faker is awesome and all, he almost went off in game 5 vs EDG but for the rest of the world, I think it would be reasonable and apt to make her wait a damn second before distorting back to her original position as well.

They first need to see how it works with Zed. Its stated in the patch notes.
However its worth mentioning that LeBlanc is a lesser offenser (but still offender) since her mobility is her only means of waveclearing. And she uses mana too. And she falls harder lategame that Zed (who also buys BotRK and Youmuu, so his sustained damage is pretty good). But still an offender.
Mooing Kev1 votesAre you kidding leblanc does not fall harder late game. Zed is near trash late game in teamfights. Zed has sustained dmge? How is zed going to get all those auto attacks off in this tank meta with endless cc while being super squishy as an assassin? Leblanc has huge upfront burst with her mobility spells being extremely low cd. Who the hell is zed gonna ult in a team fight? The adc with qss or the mage with zhonya? Or the 2-3 tanks on a team that have 4-5k hp with tons of armor. Late game zed either split pushes or hopes his team comp allows him to clean up kills. By nerfing his ult in this manner riot has completely missed the point (as usual). Why not nerf his passive so it works only on champs or reduce his w ratio or maybe even completely remove the ad bonus and making it scaling cdr like the old ryze q. It's pretty obvious riots balance team is a mixed bag when it comes to balancing. Ahem ww nerfs...
Voluug131 votesLeBlanc falls off, compared to Zed, because she has 0 sustained damage, and basically no tank will die to her burst, while she has a pretty low range, enough to be zoned from the enemy adc by the enemy tanks. And as much as an ADC can build QSS, they can build Banshee's.
Also, as you mentioned, Zed can splitpush, something no other assassin is good at. Talon? Kararina? LeBlanc? Akali? Diana? None of them can splitpush. And being able to splitpush is in a way ''not falling off lategame'' too.
And while I agree that maybe this isnt the nerf that Zed needed, its is probably going to be the first step into nerfing mobility as a whole.
Plus once you think about it, all this nerf does is eliminate the 0.5 seconds Ult cheese.
Mooing Kev1 votesYeah I'm not too upset about the nerfs either I just believed that leblanc is still more viable than zed later on. Split pushing is nice but his ult feels so damn useless in team fights other than baiting out a few spells which you can't do anymore. I guess on this point it varies from experience but yeah riot seems to miss the mark quite often with their changes.
