I'm Gold 3, exact middle of the ranks

About halfway through gold with 2.5 tiers above and 2.5 tiers below, yet i'm in the top 20% of the players... RITO changing how ranked works next season with 2 more tiers and rank by role, yet apparently the above doesnt seem like a problem to them

All they really need to do it get rid of the promo series to stop suppressing people's climb

I'm guessing a huge % of the top players have multiple accounts as well, I know even I do at mid gold then park for rewards so it really means the top 20% of accounts are G3+ but really something like the top 15% of players
