Special Emotes + Mastery Emotes

I love the special sticker emotes (The poro is my current fave) however I'd like to be able to still flash my mastery emote when I out play the enemy hard. Can we have an option to bind the special emotes separately from the mastery emotes?

Can we have a page dedicated to emotes we can purchase with IP and use them as freely as skins?
