twitch is op simply because he NEVER falls off

early game? strong. mid game? strong. late game? strong? see the problem here? of course riot doesn't care because his playrate is so low, but if you give a adc that starts strong and never falls off the ability to freely move around invisible, in the right hands hes a god. you go invis, you throw down posion, you right click a few times and BAM. everyone just dies. losing a fight? just go invis again. you cant give a champ the ability to dominate at all parts of the game the ability to be an invisible 1v5 assassian.
