Click on red tracker and look at what rioters respond to. Anything positive, any basic patch question, or stuff about lore they're fine with talking about. But any serious problem with the game that makes it to the front page of the gameplay section? Riot doesn't care. We can complain and agree with each other on big issues all we want, but in the end, riot will remain silent. [sg-lux-2]
Thats probably because this board is legit trash for balancing and any post they do make here is filled with a good 70% of off topic derail attempts and passive aggressive insults

it's because most of the people who make complaints are children that only want things easier for them and them alone. They only care about their class, their champion, their items, their lane.
If people were more considerate of the game as a whole, they'd might listen.
But as it stands, I completely understand why they choose to ignore the majority of posts in this forum.
