Oh and not to mention he has a blink on an incredibly low cooldown. He can duel anyone mid/late game; doesn't matter how fed he is. He's so damn strong once he gets iceborn gauntlet. What if riot made 
melee only? Ezreal is basically the only adc abusing this...
Because the other adc's can build mixed damage on-hit with lifesteal and just obliterate him.
Because he doesn't delete anyone and this is hyperbole.
Ezreal is maybe the worst ADC in the game lol....
Why are juggernauts and divers allowed to build several times that in defensive stats and still delete everyone?
Why are most divers allowed to be significantly durable while building almost straight damage?
Why are people complaining about on of the lowest win rate adc's in the game LMAO. When i see an ezreal in the enemy team i know that is probably a free win. Theres no reason to complain about any adc in the game rn, even Vayne that dies by only the AoE dmg in a teamfight, i would complain more about champions that are real cancer like Riven and Jax able to deal (REMOVED BY MODERATION) amounts of damage and still have escapes and cc.

Why is Hecarim allowed to kill an adc that has tabi+GA+Giant's belt and the best self peel in the game (Vayne), in the duration of his fear, while going tabi-tri-sterak's-cinderhulk-Deadman's-spectre's cowl?

For that reason - very few people find Ez scary....

Indeed, once every 20 games vs Ez - you might find one that deletes everyone (as you put it). But then there's other ADC's like Vayne who might delete everyone once every 3 games vs her.
The thing is... Ez is also expensive. cost 2700. It's a nice addition to p.def + CD Reduction + manna pool + a bit of extra poke/slow - but you don't pack enough damage without 
- and that's another 2400 Gold. Tho, if the enemy team is tanky - with this items alone you're anything but an ADC. Weak at pushing objectives too - compared to other ADC's. If the enemy can wait till you get a 
(which is another 3300 gold) - they might be sorry. Even more than that - if you manage to buy a 
(yet another 3200 gold).
Vayne on the other hand... beyond a pair of 
- needs just this two + 
to be the life of the party.
Why are you complaining about a champ that DOESN'T need to be complained about?
This is what I've been saying. Items need a complete overhaul. There is not enough tradeoff at all.
There should be a tradeoff with every purchase choice.
Example: 
You want a spell shield? You should not also be getting a shit ton of AP AND CDR along with it. You should be choosing; Damage? Or a spellshield? IBG is no exception.
