League is still Awesome

League can be a super fun, diverse game. The lore is awesome, competitive scene is exciting (except for champions... Same pool every game) and thr featured gamemodes are a treat every weekend.

League is fun... On one condition:

you play with friends

Playing solo, you are guaranteed to have a horrible time. Feeding and flaming team, nothing you can do, loneliness, getting overwhelmed by enemy premade, solo play is a mess.

I used to play a lot of solo, but I will never do that again. Solo play is horrible right now.

Get friends, play with them, and league is a blast!

Ps. Rito fix the jg. Only a couple champs are actually viable.

I still play solo and have a lot of fun and don't find that many trolls or framers. I think it's how you handle games and situations when something does happen between players

It's fun with friends. Because randoms suck? Well, kinda, but that's not the real reason it's fun with friends.

Everything is fun with friends.

No really.

I still dabble with Warframe on occasion, a game with balance worse than a four-legged table missing three legs. With a dev team that has repeatedly acknowledged what problems there are and proceeded to not fix them yet claim they had. A while back they added a "raid" mode, with double the normal party size, ridiculously overscaled enemies (that required you to run full armor stripping and something that made them unable to shoot as a shotgunner a mile away could 360noscope you with a single shot), and a deadly mix of poorly explained and poorly implemented objectives. It was a steaming pile of unbalanced, unfair doodoo, with a paltry reward that nobody really wanted.

A friend of mine from that game messaged me, telling me about it (not sugar-coated at all), and asked if I wanted to try it- we had 8 if I did.

We had a BLAST playing this mode, spending pretty much the entire run laughing about and poking fun at how impressively bad it was in skype. We didn't even get past the second mission!

ALMOST ANYTHING can be made fun by having friends involved.

It has nothing to do with Rando Calrissian being infuriating. It's because friends are fun.
