Some of those guys are top tier and deserving of nerfs. Looking at you, Hecarim, Vayne, and Twitch (and I main the rat). However, others really just aren't. Leblanc could be, when played right. And Lux just does so much damage if she gets ahead, it's unreal. I typically feel helpless playing against her.
