Has Ashe Fallen Below the meta?

Some People Say Ashe is Balanced If this is true then almost every other champion is broken. Some people Call me bad and say I can't CS and get on for me for not #YOLOSWAGing lucian at level 1. To those people I say"Ashes Auto attack is clunky its no easy to CS with her And Lucian is a lane bully if I even tryed to trade with him at level 1 He would walk out with over half health And unless I had my team there the result would be the same every time.

Who knows maybe it is me. I mean it appears Ashe is worthless against 80% of every champion in the game. The fact only LCS players do good with Ashe is MADDENING because thats all I hear Ashe is playable in LCS..the same people who GO AP tryndamere,Support Katarina, AD bruiser Karma, Battle Mage Soraka mid. Can play Ashe? Well Duh they jungle Ashe.(sometimes.)

I feel like her Q should do some bonus damage on top of slowing. Like she does a whole 10 Damage less then every other ADC. Her slow is sorly Outclassed. She lacks the High Damage output of early game Graves or caitlyn. This would balance out if Her crit wasn't all ways used on blue buff.

W is fine.

E I feel like E needs to give passive move speed Rather then increased gold.

R I wish R would do more damage. Rather then just being a 1 second stun 80% of the time rarly being a 3 second stun.

If I could Rework Ashe I Rework her like this

I would Take out Focus And Replace it with A custom Passive Every three sucessful Auto Attacks the Target is ruted in place for 2 seconds After the target is set free this passive can't proc on that target again for 10 seconds."maybe A bit over powered I guess but its the only thing I can think of that Might help rebalance some that that power so she doesn't get Shit canned by every other ADC in the game and almost every champion in the game.

Q.Gives A 14 Damage Magic damage bonus the slow remains the same.

W.Is Fine Wouldn't touch it.

E.Would give a 3 second 25 movespeed Bonus.

I would increase the Damage of her Arrow from 250 at level 6 to 350 at level 6 But removed the stun completly.
