Honest question, what is Bullet Time used for?
I use it is to finish off running enemy/ clear waves.
In teamfights you stand in 1 spot(can't kite and easily jumped on) and the damage doesn't seem to be that good either.
Am I using it wrong? Lucian's ult seems to be better in every aspect haha

L Psy Kongroo1 votesHonestly, it seems like MF has only 2 abilities: her Q and her W. Her passive, E, and ult are just so unfathomably bad that it almost isn't worth putting skill points into them. Especially the E............like really? Almost 100 mana for an AOE slow. It's damage is so negligible that whenever I play vs. MF I don't even care that she uses it on me. Even standing in it for the full duration, I barely take any damage at all.
MintChipHomieLix1 votesThat's because lucian's is better. Her ult still scales with AP so the damage is lower. The idea being that fact that her ult goes through people is supposed to make up for it but imo it's a glorified way to clear a minion wave not get kills.
Earl Eulrich1 votesyou can threaten squishies in the backline (especially with hybrid/ap-builds), or just losen up the whole fight and then start cleaning (as her ult stacks her w, so you autos deal a lot of dmg afterwards). Also you can occasionally save a turret with it. It´s not the instant fight-win it had been in S2, but it´s till a really strong ultimate.
Ravenhale1 votesHer Ult works much better as an immediate follow to a group stun. Say Bard or Leona just stunned half the team, I would fire off Bullet Time (with Black Cleaver) to shred the group. Lacking a support that can stun/hook/snare, Fortune is not an ideal ADC pick.

A Miss Fortune1 votesHer ult is usually used early game for dueling or last hitting enemies. Mid game It's used to hit the enemy backline, obviously it won't instakill anyone but the damage can be quite scary if you land it appropriately and while people think It's useless, remember, that it can be used to completely ignore the enemy frontline and destroy their squishy carries in the back. It's a really effective tool for farming due to It's not so high cooldown and can also be used to steal Baron/Dragon.
