Thoughts on the Victorious skin?

I thought that this year the Victorious skin was going to go to an ADC (most likely Caitlyn or Lucian). Considering the rather high pick rate and how contested they are. Granted Morgana is one of the most highly ban champ and when she isn't ban, she is almost always played. This makes is so she had a very high impact in the Season 4; which is what the Victorious skin should represent. Personally, I think that an ADC would of been a better choice for the skin this year.
