If I could revert one rework, I'm stuck between Fiora and Soraka
On one hand, pressing R to penta kill on a champ with 400 AD was pretty fun.
On the other hand, StarSpam Soraka was the perfect cancer for top lane.
Help me choose :(

I mean, you just listed the reasons for why those champs were reworked. Why would you want that cancer back in the game?
Rather than reverting "successful" reworks, I'd rather revert failed ones. Of course, I'm not sure you can call Fiora and Soraka "successful," so much as less toxic or more interactive. Which again are still both relative to before their reworks, cause you can't call them not-toxic or interactive either, but I'm straying off of my point.
There's realistically no reason to choose just one revert. If there are multiple that all need it, they should all get it. Just to list a few, I would give full reverts to all of these and then some:
