Did Hecarim receive a buff?
I was against a Hecarim who had 176 AD, with only boots of swiftness and trinity as his mobility items and no AD items, just what the hell is with his damage?

Ghost and E weren't active they wore off 3 seconds before he hit anyone cause he meshed them together.
