It's horrible. I'm mixed in with people who don't even know the basics of gameplay. Four of the enemy team are down and baron is wiiide open? Better go push a tower...

lol, I also went from gold to bronze, but it was my own fault. Dynamic queue was such a shit show that I stopped playing after I got to gold and my MMR decayed god knows how much. So when I finally did placements, it's not surprise I'm in bronze now. I just hope I get matched up against actual bronze players so I can watch their confused faces when they don't understand how tanks and bruisers are so OP against their glass cannons.

IIRC, Flex Queue isn't taking the previous season's MMR into account.

They don't actually do a reset until the new season begins.
