It's the main reason you take Smite honestly. It's both the best ability at securing objectives and can be used while under all forms of crowd control except for Suppression (and maybe Airborne effects but dont quote me on that one).

Only suppression and knockups and bard's forced statsis effect prevent you from casting summoner spells like smite

It also applies when a player types on chat, gets a shutdown, or pings on the map while polymorphed.

The creature also changes depending on what skin Lulu has: squill = classic kitty = wicked cupcake = bittersweet dragon = dragon trainer (who would have guessed) snowman = winter wonder etc.

Mostly unrelated, but Scuttle crab is supposed to take more damage while polymorphed. But the only champion in the game with a Polymorph is Lulu ... and she can't polymorph scuttle crab.

technically Scuttle is supposed to take more damage when affected by any form of cc. Polymorph is a form of cc so it technically counts, she just can't use it on scuttle.

Her Q still works to soften scuttle up though.

I'm going to have to check myself. I could have sworn it was originally only for hard cc and then was enabled for soft cc in order to take into consideration junglers that dont have a hard CC for the resistance shred.

some are a little off meta but all of these can jungle and have no hard CC available to take scuttle reliably. (rengo and zac dont count because who wants to waste what cc they do have to just shred some resists on a crab.) it's about a third of the list of total junglers, making it less than half, but worth making soft cc a resist mitigation on scuttle.
