He's a wandering wind samurai. If you want an idea of how he's supposed to look in fight I recommend watching rouroni kenshin. It's an anime. He's good at stacking critical for a crazy easy kill and escape tactic. You don't need cool down because all of his abilities are less than 10 seconds practically. He's labeled as a fighter but most often people play him as a counter assassin in mid. His high movement makes him great at short range combat. Buy static shiv to improve your range and I recommend going ninja tabi or mercury's treads to prevent damage while you position yourself to get your q's and e's

He's good for wombos and good DPS against squishies that have zero CC.
