New ryze feels really bad
He definitely has lane pressure but his ultimate is garbage unless you're going to baron or drag or you're bringing a nunu or something. I thought it was stupid how many times I could just e in lane and bring my opponent to 1/2 hp at level one just by mashing e. However, his q feels really sloppy now. He does strong damage but no-one logical will let him q them + it's slow. Basically, he has a stupidly strong early game but post 20-30 minutes he's just nothing. The only thing I found him useful for is putting a no counterplay 2 second root for my team to destroy the enemy.
