He has +54% winrate in every elo, how? locks singed,
, starts running the jungle, goes farming next to the nexus, preventing minions from reaching lanes, if you try to follow him, you will lose a lane, simply, a bait, and you still won't catch him, he is tanky, and fast af, he recalls, then tps back to your nexus, to keep doing the same thing.. not sure why is this considered balanced, whatever you do, he has the advantage... whether you chase him, or you don't, you still lose something.
