These are probably going to be the most common permabans, though Teemo might get some breathing room. However, Pretty sure the other three will be always banned across all elos just because they roflstomp people who don't know how to play against them as they're "Broken omg, nerf nerf"
My bans, however, might be something like

I only mentioned her because of her recent buffs on top of the fact her Championship skin is coming back which means more players are going to pick her up. Due to the amount of mobility her kit allows, she's hard to deal with if you're against someone who either camps her lane or she has the mechanics to make you go "WHAT!?" when she all ins you at Level 2

I do kind of wish I could actually make strategic bans (e.g. when playing Eve, I have a very hard time against Jax) rather than always having to ban these obnoxious champions, though.
