"Role selection"

Currently in a game where only ONE of our players got their primary. Two got autofilled, two got our secondary. Only one player got their primary.

How is this acceptable? Why even have the system if it isn't going to work? I put primary as Jungle and it put a Jungle secondary as Jungle instead. How does that make sense? Our top main got autofilled support, and another member of our team got autofilled as Top.

What even is this?

It's a matchmaking system. You either have short queue times and not always get the role you want, or 50+ minute queue times and always get your role.

Experience is not the same as ability. I can have as much experience playing Azir as i want but that does not mean my ability might not reflect it. That may of been so in diamond+ but in the lower elos it was a major problem that has now been addressed because of a pretty simple change.
