Is Rammus considered a Juggernaut?
Title

Ironclad Dragon2 votes- Is he slow and or kited easily?
- Does he deal copious amounts of damage if he breaks past your frontline?
- Can he take a hit and deal back a lot?
- Does he sort of lack for CC, but make up for it in damage?
If you answer yes to every question above, good chances he is?
Ionian4 votesWhat is a Juggernaut? A champion that is relatively immobile while being buff and doing extreme damage with few damage items. What is a Tank? A champion that packs tons of CC, very hard to kill but has little damage.
Rammus seems to fit the 2nd definition a lot better. And let's not forget the huge speed boost from powerball.

PSA: It's not Ekko that has overtuned bases, but the combination of IBG, Sunfire and Grasp.
