Match making what's the deal!?

The match making in League has become very off one game you play with amazing people and the next set of people play as if they haven't even played 30 lvls. I mean if you still don't know how to not feed by now you shouldn't be playing at all more or less ranked. Riot hasn't done anything in the past year with the tribunal. They have been "working" on it for a year now and can't get it up and running again. The link above was posted a year ago. People who get upset at feeders on there team is not considered negative attitude. Shoot if I were feeding I would hope my team becomes negative. This is a team game in school if you are working on a team project and one or more people don't do there part and you end up doing all the work should they be rewarded? The other way around one reports those who are negative towards a feeder I think they have the right to be upset. I mean we are spending 30+ min on each game right? Time and effort being put to waste. Match making shouldn't be based on if you won your last game and riot matches you with a team that has a super high potential of losing. Match me with people that are my level all the time not when you feel like it. We need justice and fast right now!
