There is a plague over League right now.

I have lost more than 10 games in a row in the past 2 days and gameplay has become very unbalanced. I feel like riot targets people for losing so often. Before all this I was on a winning streak and now I can't win a single game whether it's an aram, normal, ranked, or twisted tree. The tribunal is still under maintenance its been 2 years about to become 3. I would quit league right now to judge tribunal cases. The gameplay and match making has become impossible. I have ppl playing role and champions that don't even match the roles they have chosen. I have recently been reported for being "toxic", great! We are talking about the problem and yet the problem still exists. If one is in elo hell riot makes it impossible for one to truly move up in the game. I feel like riot is targeting my matchmaking to have me lose so many games. I would like someone from riot to please respond to this. What has riot done to balance gameplay and have the tribunal up and running again. Is league fun? No. Was it fun? Yes! I feel like riot avoids answering questions like these because it doesn't want to acknowledge what is truly going on in the unbalanced gameplay. It's as if riot is acting like a monarchy and those who are low ranked are looked upon as peasants. What kind of class system is this? It seems that once you are in a low ranking you are stuck there. How do we move up? There's only so much one can do muting isn't enough. Choosing the jungler role isn't enough. We just are placed in a hell hole and left there to suffer every game. What is riot doing? It doesn't sound and look like this in professionals. Why is it that only the professionals can have fun?
