Why only report people for being toxic and rude and intentional feeding?

We find it easy to report someone for doing what is evidently wrong in game, but what about those who are in denial that they are bad or have lack of knowledge of what they should be doing. It's like writing an English paper if one submits a paper and gets it back with an F and it looks like it was when turned in then that person doesn't know what to fix. So how do you fix it? Well you need someone to mark it up for you and tell you that you're wrong. Because that is what justifies the F received. What I'm saying is riot needs to discipline those who are in denial that they are playing wrongly.

You know this is why there is an MMR system, right? People that know how to play better tend to rise to play with others of their skill level.

Are you asking that they be punished because you're in the same MMR range of someone you think you're better than?

Punish someone for not playing up to YOUR standards? Sorry. It does not work that way.

Because what 'wrong' is in the game is subjective. Playing off-meta is wrong to some people, but doesn't mean it's bannable.

Also, one deals with behavior and the other deals with gameplay.

They can be in denial all they want, their MMR will still put them with people that are equally bad. They will ultimately be put on a level where people will on average have their skill, thus making them contribute the same amount to wins and losses. So, after Riot's already existing system deals with them... why exactly do they need to be disciplined?

They do, scripting is wrong, using third party software is wrong, rageing (or even telling someone to uninstall) is wrong.

Riot has stated that being "unskilled" is NOT wrong.
