Chat bans gone out of control?

I don't know about you guys but it seems that the moment you open your mouth and tell someone that they aren't really good a playing even if you didn't use a single curse word gets you chat banned... I have uninstalled league for now almost 2 weeks because I can't understand how you are supposed to chat with your team if you can't be blunt or straight forward even in the most none vulgar way? I understand what riot did in getting rid of unskilled player as a report, but intent feeding didn't help either... If your team stats are all similar to each other and then this one person on your team has a huge death ratio because they are just bad at playing for one thing, another they keep going into battle against opponents that they know they can't win and that is not considered intentional feeding? So can we get a real solution riot? I mean the community is very toxic and rather salty... but you haven't come up with any real solution... So I started to go the route where you're not cursing someone but you're being totally sarcastic in a playful way... and you still get chat banned... Either tell these 12 year old players to grow up and take a little criticism because I sure did when I started playing... that's how I learned to play all roles and really start building myself as a player... or find a way to really report "unskilled playing/ intentional feeding" without getting chat banned every few weeks... I mean sure call it salty, but sometimes you have to tell someone they suck... or else they aren't going to learn anything...

To report them for intentional feeding the steps you need to take are:

1: Report them for intentional feeding in the post game screen. 2: Eat Ice Cream.

I've been here for 10 years on this account. I've cursed. I've pointed my teammate mistakes. I've made sarcastic jokes in playful ways. I've given criticism. Never been banned. The best part is, I know for a fact I won't ever be banned. Never. Period.

So no, it's none of those. And no, the bans are not going out of control. The system detects two things. Consistency and Severity. Each time you do something that is against the policy and been reported for it, you get flagged. If you do it consistently, you get penalized for it. If you consistently get penalized, you'll get banned.

but sometimes you have to tell someone they suck

No, you don't. It's a video game - some people are just there to have fun, not to be criticised by random strangers for being good. I don't wander down to the local basketball court and tell people I don't know they suck at shooting. There's no rules that say you have to concentrate on improving every time you play.

I've never been chat banned and I've gotten pretty heated in some matches. There's a line - just don't cross it.

I'll tell ya now I'm hyper competitive and I even tell people sometimes I wonder why I don't get chat banned, there was a line somewhere that you crossed. Trust me.
