I want to make Teemo players have a bad day too much; it throws off my ranked play in general.

I want to beat them in their best matchup (Renekton) every game that I see a Teemo in. I hope I get a chance to get matched against Teemo top lane so that one day I can potentially make one straight-up ragequit a ranked match. I run to top lane's brush immediately when the game starts hoping they try to come early and stealth so I can beat them down in stealth or as they run back to turret. I also hope I can flash-kill them afterwards while they're sitting under turret at level 1...I've gone for it before and it might be too much of a stretch unless they've already flashed. The idea of pulling things like that off is too exciting for me not to go for and if I'm not good enough at it it'll compromise my ranked play in general; I'll forever be a smurf until I can play the matchup well.

I feel now like I've compromised my ability to play ranked until I can obliterate a Teemo main with specifically Renekton like it is as natural as breathing air. Any tips/suggestions? Like rune setups, starting items, summoners whatnot? Even from Teemo mains?
