Finally got to try Eve, wew she is hot garbage. Any previous version of her was 100% better.

She has no place outside of wood tier, in her current form I would bet all the tea in china she will never be played in professional play. Her E has negative range, I honestly feel like many melee champs have a longer auto attack range.

She has no engage besides walking behind someone not looking at the back of their screen and her heart is a joke in ganks unless you are catching out an idiot alone a mile away from anyone else. Everything about her is countered in organized play or by anyone with half a brain.

I was looking forward to this for so long, haven't been this disappointed since McDonalds changed their fry recipe. Back to the drawing board rito, you failed.

What place does she have in the game right now? In this meta absolutely none. And I can't see one she would fit in coming anytime soon. Everything about her counts on your opponents misplaying. She has no agency and relies on the failure of others to make plays. Good luck even finishing someone with her ult when shields are coming out every other second atm. She screams bronze smurf stomper, which is fine I guess if you want to create a champ to help smurfs but I see a historied champion be wrung through the ringer for years on end. This was finally supposed to be her redemption, and instead she is worse than she ever was.

Eve is better in every respect. Your problem with her is that shes Different. Thats it; You cant seem to wrap your head around the fact this was relaunch, not just a rework.

Her Q has more counterplay to it and is a lot more interactive than "mash Q to win or die". Her W is an interesting mechanic. Her E is a very powerful tool, especially once you get your lichbane and gunblade. Her R is what makes her an assassin. Its her get out tool AND its a very powerful execute; a MUCH better ability than her previous ultimate.

Eve is most definitely an assassin now, not some weird out of date hybrid diver like she was before. You W, Q, E, Q, Q, and then R if you can execute them. Shes NOT meant to go after tanks, shes an ASSASSIN not an ADC. Shes meant to pop squishies and get out.

I like her kit. I think it feels good. The only two things I think that need help are e cast range. It should be larger at least when it's empowered, and that charm takes so damn long to charge for mr shred.

Solution to the charm, have it take shorter amount of time to charge based on target level. That way she can't snowball but it gets shorter into mid and late game still.

I find it funny that pretty much everyone in the eve threads agrees that she is trash. Where was this feedback before release? Why do they not have quality players testing her. Get some freaking diamond + eve mains in a private pbe with riot so they can catch this shit.

It is so telling that on release day she was perma ban/pick but now two days later I haven't seen hide or hair of her. She isn't even banned anymore, no one cares already. Jokes on us.

She used to before the meta became two tanks + enchantress support. Sure she wasn't popular but her versatility gave her some space and she was a viable off tank/assassin and saw semi regular play in lcs.

But she is so bad in her current form she isn't even good for pub play above gold.

I would give them a patch or two before really passing judgement, they'll likely do a lot of tuning now that they'll get a ton of data back from the live servers. Probably better that she's underpowered than being gamebreakingly overpowered on release. At least that's how I feel about it.

So... because you couldnt immediately 1v5 penta with her you think shes terrible?! Her E is fantastic. WITH A LICHBANE. Eve is meant to get lichbane, its a core part of her damage and its the reason why her E can even proc on hit effects.
Youre meant to get; item 3100 item 1410 item 3152 item 3020 item 3165 item 3089 ; Gunblade items synergize with eve VERY well and lichbane is a huge damage increase. Then you need morellos for that CDR; once you get 40% CDR youre pretty good as far as CDs go. You also need to let kills go and disengage with eve, because she heals SO MUCH. With enough AP she can heal for her entire base health.

And how exactly are you supposed to use that E since it has the range of an auto attack? Like I said she only works when your enemies misplay badly. Sure if they are pushed up to your tower and aren't warding you can walk up to them but if you W your position is as good as gone and waiting around for 3 seconds means you are either dead or the gank is over.

Your passive gives you camo at level 6; its your engage tool. Ah so she is basically a champ with only 3 abilities. If her W the skill they specifically state is for setting up ganks is useless don't you think that might be a sign that something is horribly wrong? Just look at what you typed, really look at it.

Listen to me dude; Her W gives you, the CHOSEN, a momentary pink arrow denoting her general location.
Its either a charm or a slow; both are VERY helpful and the charm isnt the be all end all.

You cant just nitpick with no reason because "shes different than before!!!!!11!!"... which is exactly what youre doing. She isnt the same champion she was in the past, thats the point of a relaunch. To make an entirely new champion with an old name.

No... I disagree. Her charm is fine where it is; Assassins, if you somehow failed to notice, are supposed to have at least a 2 second to 3 second delay on their damage. Many of them were reworked around that concept.

No. 2.5 seconds they are long gone already under their tower by the time the 2.5 is up.

And I guess I did fail to notice considering zed and talon can burst you no problem without ult. So no it's a failure on her kit.

So can eve; difference being AD assassins are based on traditional assassins. AP assassins are more skirmishers and pickers; riots insistence on average base damage and scaling with low cooldowns and strong stick is proof of this.

Also, Zeds ult is on a timer. Talons passive is a 3 hit. Talons R is also a form of delay because it cant really be instantly popped.

If you have a problem with it, blame inequality in balance and riots massive AD bias.

What delay do they have? Zed doesn't even need his ult to kill, and I just cherry picked the most obvious. There are plenty of others with massive front loaded damage.

Akali wasnt majorly reworked. Shes an AP champion as well; so shes more a skirmisher/picker. Annie is not an assassin. Diana is not an assassin. Katarina is AP, so shes more a skirmisher/picker. Kha'zix requires people to be isolated (which is a mechanic in and of itself) Nocturne is mis-placed. Pantheon is a diver. Rengar is a diver. Zed is an AD assassin, altogether different from AP assassins; theyre balanced differently. But his R is a pretty hefty delay.

... Eve can land hers, youre just being pissy because eve was relaunched. You dont actually have any grievances besides "shes different" and you havent played her much OR seen high ELO play with her; You yourself have reported to have only played one game and "knew she was trash". When did I ever say she should carry?
I didn't say she should be catered to the meta, but all champions should have some viability. She has none right now and no conceivable meta would make her strong. Unless they nerfed tanks , nerfed adcs and gutted ardent censer all at the same time she will never have a place in the game. Do you really see that happening anytime soon?

I used an inflammatory title, that is why I have downvotes, there are at least 3+ threads saying the same thing I am with a ton of upvotes because they used a more PC title.
