I admit its more boring and unfun to play against him but I own Singed, I've played him. Literally all you do is run around and sometimes CC. that is the entirety of Singed gameplay. Meanwhile, you move so fast and the toxin does so much damage, there's very little counterplay. No one involved is having fun.

OyddAWqJ5r5 votesAgreed, Singed is fun as all hell to play. Can confirm playing against him is just a pain in the ass though. Either he's a major threat globally (rarely) or he's just an asshole constantly shoving in top that can't be stopped by a single person.
In the latter scenario you just have to win 5v4 before Singed does anything meaningful.

His gameplay and in game personality have a great disconnect with his lore. In his stories, he is a cruel scientist experimenting with people against their will. In game, he is the impersonification of a running gag.
He is the alchemy based champion of the game, but he represents this thematic weakly. Either he gets a rework or we get another alchemy champion from Zaun or Piltover.
