My personal thougts/predictions/complaints about the new bounty update coming in preseason

So if you keep up with the dev blogs, they plan on incorporating CS into the bounty/shutdown gold you get from killing an enemy.. basically, if the enemy botlane is ahead in farm, and the jungler goes down and ganks bot, they will get a bounty/shutdown, like they would if the enemy is ahead on kills. atm they are sitting at a 70% kill lead - 30% CS lead system, but that's gonna be up for change..

basically it'll punish you for being better than your opponent at CSing..

and it's gonna make enemy junglers gank way more often if you're ahead on farm..

just a minor complaint i guess.. idk..
