I have a very good question. For the past few days ive been doing kindred rushes in ranked in silver 2. How come when i pick kindred people still choose tanks into them? Its usually a really really bad idea. And the last match was the worst case of reverse psychology, i first picked kindred and then the enemy team chooses mundo, trundle, taric, vayne, and singed. My team was me as kindred yasuo rumble zyra and quinn. My team fully thought we were going to loose and i was the only one with confidence that we could do something. Then after some time, i showed them how powerful kindred really was against that comp and they started thinking we could win then we won. But my question still stands. Why do people pick tanks into kindred?

My assumption would be because she's strong late game if you can play her? My only guess.

Because she generally counters assassins with her ult? Kindred is extremely strong rite now, and is 1 of the most banned champions @ higher elos. I get that shes pretty solid first tanks given the %HP shit, but her ult is really good vs Assassins as well which makes any pick SOUND good. I think the biggest reason id look at those 2 team comps and think you guys were screwed is the lack of a front line.. At the same time, They literally picked some of the most kiteable tanks in the game so i'm not entirely surprised that you guys managed to win.

Because nerf Irelia? To be serious, though, it may be because of their tankiness that they can get to their tower before you can take them out. That, and Singed can be pretty trolly against chasers (like Kindred). That, and they can take advantage of your Ult better than your squishy teammates can. Unless your Carry's rushing item 3033 , which fortifies the reason to NOT have all tanks on a team.
