Here is a list of disproportionate game mechanics that should be looked at before touching any champ including yasuo graves (with a couple of exceptions that i will list below)

WARLORDS BLOODLUST AND BOND OF STONE HAVE NERFS/HOTFIXES ON THE WAY AND ARE THEREFORE NOT INCLUDED HERE

-Tier 2 and tier 3 towers need to have there health buffed as they were not proportionately increased based off of the resistances they lost

-Rageblade needs to be back in line with the value of some items as its close to 4500 gold in stats for a 2500 gold item (ie for comparison is not even gold efficient at 3500 gold)

-The increased healing and shields masteries need to be nerfed probably by half

-The healing and shields increase on windspeakers blessing should not apply to oneself

-45 percent cdr may need to go unless you feel its ok to gut hecarim karma and alot of other champs if you intend to keep it (i would like this to be done last if necessary because it is insanely fun)

-Fervor of battle and Grasp of the undying are too similar so one will always be better for bruisers. REMOVE ONE AND REPLACE IT WITH SOMETHING INTERESTING (i recommend removing fervor or changing it drastically because yasuo nidalee eve and irelia can abuse it much better than the rest of the cast as they have permanent full stacks in the case of yas and nid and near full stacks on engagement as irelia and eve.

-** IMPORTANT*** The removal of Veteran scars (the flat health in the defensive masteries) has disproportional buffed champions who depend on early burst timings and windows of opportunity namely irelia leblanc and syndra (there are others but its hard to name them all). i would like to see some compensation for some late game champs like GP and ryze (there are others just cant name them all here) to compensate or i think a majority of the community will find these champs largely overpowered at the moment if this patch were more in a vacuum with the veteran scars removal

-Item balance is aweful. Deaths dance is bad shiv is busted when compared to last patch. IE is too weak. im sure there are a whole host of complaints here that are pretty easy to spot for the balance team. we want small changes and fast

We want changes now upvote if you agree. WE DONT want our champs changed too much before you figure out the patch.

Overall i LIKE THE NEW PATCH. SINCE IM NOT REWARDED FOR PLAYING PASSIVELY. it was boring to sit as gp and scale for 20 minutes. now i dont have to do that.

you forgot the part about returning trinity to be more like it was last season instead of an RNGesus item that most marksmen will not want. It has long been everall better on fighters anyways with they tend to have higher base AD

I think they should keep the towers the old way. Or at least half their resistances at 7 minutes and increase its damage since I guess they did decrease it. Graves absolutely needs a Nerf.

And yes ie and the rest should not have been nerfed. It sucks

That is a lot of stuff to nerf, I think I'd rather see how this plays out a bit first, but maybe reverting the change to minions so they don't auto push vs the losing team should still be considered.

Hecarim doesn't benefit much from 45% CDR since you have to choose between 9 flat pen and the CDR. The flat pen is superior. The 45% CDR will only be useful near full build; you never get full build anymore.

Not that it matters since Hecarim jungle is extremely wonky now due to the itemization changes (splitting of Machete while Talisman doesn't give enough mana regen anymore; smite upgrades costing more; jungle items being more expensive) while Hecarim lane loses to all the crit guys who outsustain him.

Also nerfs to shields on one's self? Those Masteries are taken on squishy mage supports and it's a good thing because they NEVER should have had to build health items in the first while tank supports actually scale with them.

TL;DR CDR provides increasing returns, so that the dpm increase per unit of CDR is greater the more CDR you already have.

UNLIKE OTHER STATS WHICH I JUST PROVED HAVE DIMINISHING RETURN BECAUSE OF MATH BUT DUUUUHHH GD KNOWS EVERYTHING SO 45 PERCENT CDR CANT POSSIBLY OP ON KARMA ZED EZREAL HECARIM AND OTHER CHARACTERS WITH CDR MULTIPLIERS

I got mad when my argument was buried under the weight of downvotes in the system. No sooner or later. There was no coming back anyway so i educated a single GD retard and insulted him for insulting me. I see no wrong consiquence there.

Its not a campaign its a single post that will never again be brought up if i post about the same topic.
