Why does vayne get the best mobility and damage late game?

Except for kalista who someone told me is getting gutted next patch, vayne has the most damage and mobility. Only her range is low but her q allows her to kite everyone anyway/ She won't die to a dive like jinx or kog

why do other champions with a weak laning phase become strong late, why do early champions fall off? the world will never know!....-_-

NO ONE will survive a dive except kalista or vayne how is that fair? Teamfights mean dives or poke and vayne can dodge both with q. Jinx has no way to reposition and kog DEFINITELY has no way if dived to live.

Vayne is pretty safe with knockback, stealth and short cd tumble. Although tumble doesn't really get her that far. It's the stealth that helps drastically.

Also why do people refer to Jinx every time they refer to an unsafe ADC? She has a slow and a snare. MissFortune loses her passive if touched. SHE's the least safe ADC. Even Kog has a stronger slow.

No AoE abilities (for waveclear, etc)
No skillshots (so she needs vision of the target to hit them)
No abilities exceeding her autoattack range (so many ADCs/supports can easily poke her out of lane).
