Can Riot stop fucking balancing the game around pro play?

Pro players are literally <0.1% of the playerbase. WHY in the FUCK does Riot think it's a good idea to balance around the SMALLEST MINORITY of players? How does that make an ounce of sense? There are far more people in Bronze 5 than have ever competed in the LCS/LCK. For comparison, Bronze 5 makes up 2.43% of the ranked playerbase. And that's actually a decent amount.

I'm not saying pro play is irrelevant. I'm just saying the rest of us shouldn't have to suffer for the sake of that <0.1%. Look at what happened to Azir Ryze Kalista Sejuani Shen Zac Galio Gragas Taliyah Karma, (LeeSin especially) as a result of pro play.

This needs to stop.

Funny, boards say they balance around pro play, pro play says they balance around low elo.

This argument needs to stop.

If youre not a pro, then youre literally not good enough for most pro adjustments to seriously affect you.

Second, they rarely fully balance around pro play just for pro play. If they really wanted to do that, theyd only update the game twice a year.
