Just got trolled by a 4 man premade

I played a normal SR game as Udyr, the game went on for a REALLY long time but we finally were ready to win. We had 2 inhibs down and we were just about to take the third when out olaf said "wanna see something cool" then they all surrendered and mocked me for my understandably outraged reaction. They just wasted 54 MINUTES of my time.

We were going to win that game and they decided because they didn't like me, I wasn't allowed to win. Can we please make it so 4 man premades can't screw over solo players like that? Maybe change it from a 4-1 vote post-20 to a 5-0 when there's a 4 man premade?

It just makes me so goddamn frustrated especially since my team and the enemy team were being so damn toxic but in ways that the system doesn't pick up. And TBH I don't really want to waste my time making a ticket or multiple tickets to report all the abuse here, since I won't see these players again anyway. Even after them saying I should commit suicide, saying stuff like "tied the noose yet?" "commit rope neck" and all the other negativity including stealing my buffs all game and telling me I should stay bronze (silver 4 btw).

I'm just incredibly pissed.

How about making it a bannable offence. Remember back in the day you could report for unskilled? (glad that doesn't exist anymore). Well why not add something like 'pre-made team abuse'. So it gets put into a pool just like any of the other reports and is looked over.

See, you guys are thinking too one sided. The reason why it cant be 4-0 but only if the solo gets a call is because then every surrender is in the hands of the solo. What if hes the one griefing or trolling and holding them hostage. Play devils advocate more and try to truly fix the issue before coming at riot with just a problem. A problem with no legitimate fixes wont change anything

See there was a post yesterday that had the exact same scenario. Your argument of well the 4 man premade cannot surrender early at 15 is a VERY weak argument. 15 min vs 54 Mins is a 39 minute difference. What it should be is that if the enemy teams 3 inhib or can go with nexus turrets are down and yours are not then the game will not allow you to surrender. Easy fix to stop that kind of trolling.

I don't think it should necessarily be a 5-0 vote with a 4-man pre-made. Maybe leave it 4-0 as long as the non-pre-made player is one of the 4? So it could still be 4-1.

I understand where you're coming from though - ESPECIALLY given the situation above. I imagine surrendering an obviously winnable game might be punishment worthy. I had it happen to me a couple of seasons ago. It wasn't a ranked match but it was still frustrating.

That being said, i also don't think it would be fair to give a player's surrender vote less weight simply because they're in a pre-made.

I don't really see any good options.

Also, look at it this way: A premade group of 4 players CANNOT surrender early if the 5th person refuses. And likewise, after the 15 minute mark that same person CANNOT prevent the surrender either. So normally in games it's fair and balanced.

Cases like yours where you're trolled by a 4-man though... I'd wager that's an edge case and something worthy of a support ticket to the powers that be.

I'd rather have the option to turn “playing with premades“ off.

I even wouldn't mind to get somewhat of a lower priority queue and having to wait longer.

Premades don't exhibit any behaviour that solo randoms don't exhibit as well. The thing is though that when they do, it almost always comes in bulk. And not to forget that premades seem to get matched against opponents with higher mmr. As solo dude you suffer from this as well, especially if the premades aren't coordinated enough to make up for the difference.

Please, please make sure to report people like this. Even though you may never see them again, you can help prevent them from doing this to others by reporting their behavior. Sorry you went through that.

had the same thing happend to me 3 years ago... but i also surrenderd which pissed the 4 premades of soooo hard lol

TBH I feel your pain, and I wish that there was something I could say to make you feel better but sadly there isn't. This is just the type of behavior that you have to endure as per Riot's rules. Next time something like this happens, be sure to report them.

Honestly just want a true solo que. Premades like that are why I've stopped playing normals all together. I hate getting duos in ranked, I'd much rather just play solo with other solo players but for some reason Riot has never given us that option.

If Riot had a single shred of common decency or common sense, team flame would be banned in every form and zero tolerance policy. Look at 90% of ranked games, losing team arguing at end and blaming each other like we all don't lose 50% of the time.... Insanity, and approved by Riot.
