nerf jhin please

I JUST GOT STOMPED BY JHIN AND IM VENTING

Jhin has way too much going for him. The follow up CC is ridiculous, it is so easy to get tagged by one of his support's abilities that his W is almost permanently available as hard CC. No other marksman has hard CC like this. When facing Jhin, any CC gets doubled up.

Now onto his passive. Converts attack speed to attack damage. AD/AS/Crit is the holy trinity for most marksman. Yet attack speed is actually the hardest one of these to use, because it requires you to kite and stay in the fray to do DPS.

Why should Jhin get attack speed converted to AD? Why not just make him build like draven, focusing on AD?
