You can't ban and restrict away toxicity
Why can't Lyte grasp this simple fact and instead focus on removing the elements that cause toxicity in the first place?

Losing causes less IP gain. With such high IP prices for runes and champions, losing means you're getting set back in equipping yourself. That puts more pressure on people to win games; even unranked ones.

You can't leave games without 50 punishments to go with them. You gotta wait those 20 goddamn minutes, even if not a single person on your team cares to play that game any longer. Being allowed to leave the game after someone has been DC'd for 5 minutes is just SOOOO abusable. At least allow it in normal games!

Prisoner's island, Dota 2's low priority queue system, apparently causes more toxicity and is the reason Lyte doesn't approve of it. Funnily enough, with the introduction of ranked restricts, Normal Draft is as good as a prisoner's island, and does little to solve the problem of toxicity in ranked! Amazing job.
