Why did riot revert 50% of the karthus nerfs in 9.11?

Karthus is broken and rthis nerf was just fine and even more nerfa were needed. Plz give his the nerf again.

do you ever play karthus? his ult is his bread and butter it's what makes karthus karthus and why people play him also they should just lower the base damage and kept the scaling the same because in late game no one die on your ult everyone has guardiens or zhoneyas so I think this is enough of a nerf also they should nerf karthus jungle without nerfing him mid and top

karthus jungle enforces just AFK farm which I thought riot was against. lol

Yes. i did play krathus. and against him. karthus ult should have 65% ap ratio and not 75. his ult does 50%=60 of adc's health late game anyways. this 10% is fine by me. its unstoppable (to stop the casting) when he dies late game

Who care if it's has best spell PUT POWER INTO OTHER PARTS. His ult is one of the most bs abilities in the game by far also MOST CHAMPIONS DO BUY GA OR ZHONYA'S like only some adcs and most mids do but that's it.
