@Riot can you add a "Skin testing" feature to the practice tool.

We should be able to use any skin we want in practice tool for free to test out how a skin is in game before we buy it. From looking at a youtube video it doesn't give the whole aspects of playing with it, because sometimes it can feel different watching a skin and playing with it. If you add this feature then people wouldn't need refunds since they have no excuse to a skin being worse in game than they expect.
