So now that Alistar has a legit malphite ult on his basic abilities

Can we gut him? It's gotten to the point where I'd rather have Alistar on my team than Malphite to do the exact same job. Like, LITERALLY the exact same job. You wanna bring him top so you get more gold to do Malphite's job better? Go for it. Malphite gets bonus armor? Oh hey, Alistar gets bonus everything because of his ult. Their spells might be night and day, but the kits as a whole do virtually the same thing because they are both tanky frontliners that have a low counterplay initiate with a lot of self-sustain, and decent base damage (and AP ratios!) to contribute to teamfights.

In fact, I'd rather have him in all of my games EXCEPT vs a Poppy. Pretty much every other method of disrupting alistar's headbutt is significantly harder than Poppy's to the point that Alistar can initiate with impunity unless the player in question has previous proven that they can disrupt Alistar's combo extremely reliably. Poppy? Doesn't matter. You assume she can fuck it up at will because it's so damn easy.

It's fucking ridiculous. At least Malphite can miss his ult. Alistar's is targeted. That shit's going to hit unless someone stops it. That might fly in pro league (which is why this stupid combo change was done in the first place) but down here in silver land, it's just disgusting.

And you know the WORST fucking part? If Alistar DOES initiate without his team and is now fucked because you can collapse on him, NOPE. He can literally just walk away and have his combo up again in 13 seconds. He can cast a Malphite ult on his basic abilities as a form of harassment.

Fuck Udyr, Fuck volibear. This guy needs something about him to be gutted. Cooldowns, damage, range, cc duration, idc.
