So what if every champion had automatically the spell Flash

But you would still have 2 Summoner spell slots

Something like this

QWER and then T is Flash (I don't know what peole use the t button for so I don't think this would make too much a change besides destroying the D for Dash or F for Flash debate)

and DF are your other summoner spells or Summoner spells are DFG (Rip DFG) and ping is moved to the T button

I have no idea if this would make already mobile champions better but I would say no because mobile champions don't really do well with Ghost

This also might make it so

Top: Flash, Teleport, Ghost (Very happy Olaf players I assume and people who like Distortion boots)

Jungle: Flash, Smite, Ghost (Possibly CV)

Assassin: Flash, Ignite, Exhaust (All aboard the Pantheon Mid train, time to get baked)

Mage: Flash, Ghost, Heal (Possibly Clarity or Ignite) (Sona Mid is all I have too say xD)

Mobile ADC: Flash, Heal. Barrier

Immoble ADC: Flash, Heal, Ghost (Possibly Clense) Support: (This change adds the most diversity) Flash, Exhaust, CV (Possibly Ignite or Clarity) (Damn is this Season 1 lol)

I don't know if this would be good or bad for the game but my assumption is yes because it give immobile champions such as Galio to do more and position properly. I don't know if along with this if cooldowns on summoner spells would need to be increased or if champions with large amount of poke or burst would need to be changed, but if the game is so dependent on Flash it should be automatic for all champions
